Anyway, the last of my music hall performances (for now). This is Little Tich. He features heavily in my phd. He is a favourite of mine.

- I have lived in Liverpool since I was 18years old. I came here to study drama, pop music and be an actor. I spent a couple of years in a theatre company in Leeds during the mid 1990's returning to start an academic career at Edge Hill University in 1998. In 2001 I started to explore the possibility of full time ministry in the church of England. After a long period of discernment I started at Trinity College, Bristol in 2006 and trained be a vicar. I was ordained as a Deacon in Liverpool Anglican Cathedral in June 2008 and ordained priest in June 2009. I am serving as the assistant curate at St John Chrysostom and St Peter's churches, Everton.

Hello from Australia, when you say you have included Little Tich (Harry Relph) in your PHD, are you prepared to share that part of you PHD with a relative in OZ. Harry's sister Elizabeth was my Great Great Grandmother. Elizabeth married John Lee and thier daughter Gertrude was my grandmother. Would be over the moon to find out anything about Harry. My grandfather worked backstage at The Pivvy and regularly took my dad up into the flies with him. My Grandfather appeared on stage as an extra and my dad met many of the big acts of the time. He tells some hilarious tales. I have a photo of him at the stage door with my uncle. I wondered whether you would be interested, but am not keen to do it by blog. - Jane
