Women in the Emerging Church

There has been some discussion about the demographic of the emerging church on Bruce's blog - I am thinking particularly of the stream of comments that included 'Foundation is dominated by white middle-class professionals with post-evangelical baggage, most of whom are male'. This and other comments started a lively debate.
